Lian's dinners aren't just about her, they're about you. As a longtime guide in transformation and storytelling, her mission is to create a space for guests to reflect, share and connect.
Serving up a home-cooked Malaysian meal, Lian uses her decades-long wisdom and experience to guide guests through a storytelling circle. The evening will explore themes of identity, self-discovery and finding inner peace.
Her conviction is simple: we already have the answers we need, we just need to speak from the heart and be true witnesses. In her dinners, she makes it happen.
This experience is best suited for those who are curious about storytelling, personal reflection and meaningful conversation. Come as you are: beginners in storytelling are very welcome.
About Lian
Lian calls herself a Silver Crone — an older woman with deep wisdom and a desire to help others find their true selves. For over two decades, she worked as a transformation coach before shifting her focus to storytelling and deep listening circles.
Lian’s work is shaped by her Malaysian-Chinese heritage, her background in writing, and a lifelong interest in how personal narratives shape identity, belonging, and legacy. She is the author of My Bumpy Ride to Inner Peace and is currently writing her second book, The Listening of a Grandmama. Lian has led storytelling and deep listening circles in diverse settings, always with an emphasis on reflection, authenticity, and shared human connection.
