Lasse has spent much of his life taking advantage of the opportunities that life has offered. Among other things, as a carpenter, social worker, NGO founder, coach, graphic layout, ship assistant and not least traveled around the world between 2-4 months per year. Lasse has moved between practical, design, administrative and organizational on several levels.
He is someone who seems to have lived many different lives in one and hence spent years moving between cultures, projects and ideas.
In 1998, Lasse, founded NgoÉN Children Nepal Denmark with a focus on education, equality and human rights for low-caste children in Pokhara/Nepal. Alongside this work, he has continued to design furniture and built his minimalist home located in Bagsvard.
What connects it all is a deep curiosity for people, cultures, autonomy, and the different ways a life can be shaped and lived. He is always experimenting, testing ideas and pushing his own limits. As he puts it: “There must be limits somewhere, but I haven't found them yet. “
At dinner
Come meet a life artist focused on being conscious of one's own autonomy, and the art of seizing life where opportunities arise. Over a home-cooked meal, you can hear stories of coincidences that have brought Lasse around the world, and the many threads that have shaped the life he has chosen to live.
The conversation moves between cultures, values, life choices and the question of how consciously we choose our own path. Lasse is equally interested in his guests' experiences and wants the evening to feel open, curious and shaped by those around the table.
