Mette describes herself as a “world citizen with Danish blood in her veins.” She is an entrepreneur, writer, and facilitator of deep conversations that don’t follow the mainstream. For over 45 years, she has worked across cultures, mentoring others, building communities, and helping people express themselves through writing.
Having lived in many countries, Mette believes that home is something you carry with you. Her Frederiksberg apartment reflects this life - filled with art, objects, and stories gathered from a global life.
About the Open House
Mette welcomes a small group into her beautiful home for an afternoon of exchange and guided writing. You will tour her home, enjoy cake and coffee, and hear the life story of a world citizen.
Then through a simple writing exercise, Mette will help guests reflect on their own life stories, experiences, and turning points. No writing experience is needed - just curiosity.
- Access to Mette’s Frederiksberg home and art
- Stories from her life across cultures
- A guided reflective writing session
- Tea/coffee, cake, and conversation in a small group setting
- Please arrive on time, and come curious!
- The event will be held in English or Danish, depending on the group
