Bo has over 40 years of experience in leadership, motivation and human behavior. He has spent a large part of his career in franchising and business development, including as CFO of McDonald's Denmark.
Bo has always been deeply interested in personality, the axis around which all our behavior is shaped — and which influences how we act, build relationships, and find motivation throughout life.
He and his wife Karen have co-written a book on motivation in which they explore the concept and internal drivers (related to our personality type) and the external drivers (in the form of structures and systems) with the aim of helping managers to have happy employees and increased productivity.
