For Phuong, a meal is never just about eating. It is about culture, nutrition, joy, and connection - a medicine for life. Growing up in a small village in Vietnam, she learned from her grandmother and mother that food carries knowledge: how ingredients are grown, how meals are shared, and how respect is shown at the table.
Now living in Copenhagen, Phuong invites you to experience the flavors and traditions she grew up with. Together you will prepare authentic Vietnamese spring rolls, while she shares stories of family meals and the lessons passed down through generations.
About Phuong
Phuong was raised in a small village in Vietnam where food was at the heart of daily life. From her grandmother who lived off her own vegetables until the age of 90, to her mother who insisted on rituals of respect at the table, she carries forward a philosophy of food as connection.
