Alison has over 30 years of experience working with people and their environments. After a long career in HR, she shifted her focus into wellbeing and space — training as a Yin Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and declutter coach. Today, she helps people create homes where energy flows and the space supports the person living in it.
She lives in Limhamn, Malmo in a calm, thoughtfully designed home that she and her husband created together — a space built to feel good to be in.
About Dinner
This evening is shaped around a simple, personal question: 'Is your home supporting you, or stressing you?' Over a homemade meal, Alison will invite guests into a conversation about how design impacts your personal energy, and encourage you to reflect on your own home and the rooms you gravitate towards and which rooms you avoid.
Alison will share her knowledge on how to make space feel restful rather than draining, and how small adjustments can shift how you feel in your own home, and contribute to wellbeing, clarity, and calm.

SILVERS is a Copenhagen-based platform that connects guests with the knowledge of the senior generation, over dinners in their homes. Our Silver hosts include creatives, leaders, and entrepreneurs; others are sailors, community builders, or simply great hosts with interesting life stories. Alison is Malmo's first Silver!

Access silver houses and their expertise around the table. Guests of all ages are welcome.

Each dinner gathers 5-8 guests of all ages. Ask questions and be inspired by real knowledge.
What does the price cover?
The price covers the cost of hosting (food, access to the host's home and their time) and operation (developing the SILVERS platform, taxes and growth.)

- Please arrive on time, Alison's home is in Limhamn (10 minutes drive from Malmö station)
- Feel free to bring your own alcoholic beverages
